By using RoomieMath (“the service”), you agree to these terms. The service is operated from the United Kingdom (contact: hello@roomiemath.co.uk).

If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top will change when we do.

Not professional advice

The service is a calculator for discussion purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial, or tenancy advice. Tenancies, deposits, and local rules vary—you are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with your contract and applicable law.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results are accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service (for example by attempting to disrupt servers, scrape in a way that harms availability, or use the calculator for unlawful purposes). Share links responsibly; they may contain data you entered.
